I started out with the whole pool to myself Sunday morning. The shallow end was tight for flip turns and, as I was leaving, it became necessary to share the (very wide) lanes.
Note: Once you check in to the lovely large Fitness Center, take the elevator down to the Second floor/ "Pool Level" and use the separate locker room on the pool level (I don't think the nice folks at the front desk are aware that the pool level has its own locker room.
There were lots of ladies in head scarves and the showers have opaque doors, so I took extra care not to run around "commando" in the locker room... as the culture seems to be conservative in that regard.
It's located in the heart of Downtown. So it may not be easy to drive to during rush hour. You need to park in a Big City Garage, but, no worries, there is a machine by the check-in desk where you scan your parking ticket and get FREE parking (instead of $7 for two hours).
The people were very nice. The pool was very clean on a Sunday morning.
