Rating: 8 on a scale of 10 (10/10 on ambience). It's about 4-feet deep throughout. There is a single pool lane marker dividing the space into larger and smaller areas. Barely used, it's a warmer-water, chilled-out, resort-style pool. There are no lane lines or lane markers but it's a very nice uncrowded place to swim. Open 6 AM to 10 PM and well staffed throughout that time.

Except for the slightly too-warm water, this is a very nice pool, always nearly empty. It is a modern spill-over-sides pool, indoors, and part of a health club - including all manner of machines, sauna, cold plunge, etc. The hotel desk staff know nothing about visitor admissions and many health club staff aren't sure of the visitor policy, either. If not a Regent guest, best to act like a Park Plaza guest and pay the money; they will not check with the Plaza. Lockers and towel given.
