It's a very clean and well managed pool. And it may be longer than the advertised 25m, perhaps 30m. It wasn't crowded; I always had a lane to myself. It is compulsory to wear a swimming cap.

Excellent conditions for a 25m pool: clean, approximately 1.1m deep, the water on the warm side. There's a pace clock and three lanes are set aside for swimmers, leaving the rest of the pool for free swimming and fun. Not crowded at all. Early in the morning (from 6 to 8 AM) I have always been alone in the lane.
