A very well maintained facility. Before 9 AM, fast, medium, and slow lanes are set up; the rest left to chug up and down in. It can be quite busy early mornings. Lane speeds don't seem to mean anything … the 'fast' lane was occupied on recent visits bycompetent swimmers that do a couple of laps then stop and chat. The feel is a bit 'subterranean' - no natural light, but it's a handy place if you're in the area. Communal changing area with cubicles, lockers take £1, refundable. A good local pool.
