This pool is well run, with efficient and friendly management. The timetable on its website could be kept up to date better, but the whiteboard at the entrance is the bible and is always current. Lane etiquette here is excellent and, sensibly, speeds are enforced only when busy.
On weekdays, the quietest times are between 10 AM and noon, and between 1 and 3 PM.
Due to the frequency of school carnivals in the summer months, it’s best to ring and check on Monday to plan your swimming for the week ahead.
Hot water in the showers is now free. There are no lockers but it feels very safe.
