I agree with all of the earlier reviews (including the vigorous enforcement of the flip-flop rule). It's a very nice facility, but no backstroke flags were installed. Based on the lack of a post or post-holes, this appears to be the permanent condition of the pool, so the swimmer doing backstroke needs to keep a side-eye to the 5m markings on lane lines to avoid ill-timed turns.

The facilities were exactly as described by an earlier reviewer and I did need my passport for the gentleman at the front desk to record my details before entry. Water shoes and a swim cap were mandatory for access to the pool area.

This is a nice pool. Colored cones designate the speeds for the six lanes: yellow for beginners; green for intermediate speed; and red for fast. At 3 PM on a Wednesday, all lanes had at least two swimmers.

They wanted to see my passport to put in the computer, but accepted a photograph of it. Swim caps are required and flip flops (shower shoes), too. You can borrow a lock by leaving a 15€ deposit.

It’s located right next to the Barcelona-Sants train station.

Lovely facility! A 6 lane 25 meter pool, plus two spa pools and a thermal activity pool, a steam room, sauna AND an ice therapy room and shower on the pool deck. Lanes are designated as to speed. You'll need a cap - even for the whirlpools.
