I visited the pool at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday afternoon in April, when the pool was having open swim; the admission was about US$2.50.
The pool is equipped for a swim team, including starting blocks and lane lines, but the lane lines were not installed during open swim. The water temperature was in the mid-80ºs, too warm for a hard workout.
There was no signage regarding opening hours or open swim times, and my Spanish was unfortunately not good enough to ask.
