The pool was pretty warm and clean when I swam there last year (written in September 2005). Changing facilities are comparable to the changing facilities of council run pools in the UK, i.e., acceptable.

There are also two, outdoor, seasonal pools: one 50m x 21m, 8 lane, 2.4m to 2.6 m depth; the other 16.6m x 8m, 1.4m to 1.6m depth. When the outdoor pools are open, the indoor pool is closed.
