Piscine de Longchamp

This facility reopened 11 Sept. 2013, after extensive renovation works. There are new changing rooms and a new floor in the shower area. This makes it lighter. The pool is popular, especially early morning, lunch times, and evenings; and school classes often close off lanes during the day. There is no speed filtering on the lanes, which would make seven people per lane much easier to handle. 10 trip card for Uccle residents is €24, for non-residents, it's €35. Children €24.

There are often seven or eight people to a lane - sometimes even more. This facility needs to set time limits and set up speed-designated lanes. The 33m size is meaningless when anyone can go anywhere, at any speed, at any time!

The pool is great - fab to swim in. Friendly staff. Good opening hours.
