This is a good pool, if a little chilly. I swam at around 8 PM. At that time, there was a single public lane in the centre of the pool, with swimming clubs/teams training in the two lanes on either side, swimming lessons on the far left and aqua-aerobics on the far right.
Take flip flops and a bag to put your swipe card in - they use a swipe card for the lockers, which they provide. If you don't have anything to put your swipe card in then you need to tuck it into your costume and keep it there whilst you swim!
