There is also a roughly 10m x 10m square pool used for aqua aerobics and children's swimming lessons, and a spa pool.

According to the pool's web page ("Website", above) reservations are required, and the Regulamentos e Taxas page does not indicate that single-swim admissions are offered here, but the swimmer who sent the October, 2022 review, below, indicated that after completing some forms she is able to "drop-in" for a swim by simply paying a single-admission entry price.
