The pool and facilities are a little tired, but there is no other option in the greater area. The lady who runs it is very friendly and helpful. I turned up unannounced to find the pool was closing in 30 minutes. She rushed me through the changing rooms, told me to pay after, to make sure I at least got 30 minutes in. After my swim she gave me a discount on the admission price.
