The indoor pool is great for lap swimming. The water is slightly warm, but only slightly, and clear. The lanes are wide with no speed segregation; etiquette seems good otherwise. On a holiday morning, the pool was moderately busy, not crowded. Pull buoys and kickboards are available for use. The pool area is bright with lots of windows. The adequate changing areas are unisex with cubicles, with segregated shower and toilet facilities. If you bring a lock, make sure it has a thin shank, as the holes for locks are pretty small. Swim caps required. The times on the website are from 2023-2024, but are still accurate. Changes in the schedule (e.g. for holidays) don't seem to be posted on the website, but are on the Facebook page.
