Weekday hours are 8 AM to 8 PM; weekends 8 to 11:30 AM.
It doesn't look like it from the outside, but the facility was renovated recently such that the infrastructure is really up-to-date. As everywhere in Italy, you should bring a cap and lock but,if you forget, the staff may be willing to provide a loaner. The water temperature is considerably higher than what is comfortable for lap swimming.
