This pool closed in November, 2014, although one would not expect this to be true from their website. I vote that Italians update web pages every five years, whether it is needed or not.
My sources were the bus driver I asked to "Mi darebbe una parola quando arriviamo alla fermata per la piscina communale." (Please tell me when we arrive at the stop for the public pool.) and my AirBnB host, whose daughter taught water exercise classes there until Nov., 2014, after which she became unemployed.
