It's a nice facility. I went on a Saturday morning; at that time only two lanes were designated for lap swimming in the "serious pool". There were two to four swimmers in my lane during the hour I was in the water. Basic circle swim etiquette was observed, though slower swimmers didn't stop for faster ones. Lockers and showers are available. There are separate changing cubicles as the locker area is coed. Bring your own towel. Staff is friendly but limited English is spoken. Cost and time are measured by a inserting a card issued at purchase through a turnstile on entering and leaving; the card is also used to work the lockers.
