The pool usually has a barrier in the middle dividing it into two tanks, one 25m x 21m, eight lanes, running along the length of the pool, and one 21m x 25m, 10 lanes, at the deep end, running across the width; this latter section is further subdivided into six lanes roped-off for swimming and a four lane wide area available for diving and synchronized swimming.

The change rooms are a bit small and can be very packed at busy times.

Entry fee also gets you into the gym, which is adequate.

If you have a choice use the pool at Son Hugo.

When I visited, in October 2006, the pool was laned across, only providing 21 meter lanes - slightly disappointing. Although it was evening, it was totally empty (if a bit dark). Reachable by bus from the center of Palma. Visitors should be prepared to present ID to the office at the gate. Entry took an unusually long time.
