This is a nice, clean, 6-lane, 25-metre pool. The lanes are tight (just 2-metres wide), so overtaking may be tricky). I went at 10 AM on a Tuesday in September and was alone in the lane for the full hour.

During the week some lanes are reserved for students. I had no problem with lap swims, having arrived by 7:00AM. Tight-fitting suits (no trunks) and caps are required as are showers - bodywash is provided. There is a hot tub and whirlpool at the poolside as well as a sauna.
From Central Station take the 131 bus to Riviera. Walk in the direction of the bus, turn left at the next intersection, then left at the traffic light onto Ul. Polna. The facility is on the left.
Upon arrival take a canvas bag on the counter removing your shoes, placing them in the bag and storing them in the cloak room.
A wrist band, which operates the turnstile and has your locker number on it, is provided. Signs are bilingual Polish/English. Touching the band on the keypad located nearest to your locker will open it. Close the door manually. Touching the band again on the keypad will reopen it. Hair dryers are available at no charge.
