This is a nice, 50m pool, although the hall is a bit dark. We swam here on a Saturday at 11 AM and there were roughly 10 people per lane - no problem to do lap swimming. Overtaking was not a problem either, as other swimmers tend to wait at the end of the lane. There is a mandatory break at the end of each hour during which everyone must leave the pool.
For entry, you purchase a ticket at the vending office in the middle and then either turn left (woman) or right (men) to the changing rooms, which are segregated by gender. To get a locker, you show your ticket either to the attendant in the changing room or to a small machine in the room before the locker area.
All in all, it's a nice pool and there is no problem to use even as a non-Korean
