This not a new pool, but it has been maintained well and has a deep end (but no diving boards) so the water volume is greater and the water quality/clarity better than many indoor workout pools. There are good lane lines to damp waves, as it has a shallow, small gutter that was the style in old pools.
When I was there, two lanes were open for playing or slow lap swimming, one lane was reserved for a lesson, but that is likely variable, and three lanes were reserved for uncontested for lap swimming. The water temperature is excellent and there's a sauna near the pool deck.
It's a surprisingly good place for a workout.
