There is also a 50m,8 lane, outdoor, seasonal pool at this location; it's open from Memorial Day to July 31 and is operated in partnership with the City of South Sioux City. Public admission is $3.00, but is free for YMCA members and those who purchase day passes for the YMCA. [August, 2014]

It's a great place to swim: clean and well maintained; showers and lockers available; towels included in day pass fee upon request at front desk. The pool was virtually empty from 6:00 - 7:30 AM Saturday morning.
Easy access from Sioux City, Iowa - just across river / Nebraska state line.
