YMCA: Call.

The pool is a cooperative venture between the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and the City of Tampa. The city's Pool Facilities web page says "We have partnered with the New Tampa YMCA where all active Rec Card holders can swim at the Y during their public swim times." It does not indicate the per visit price (if any) but the Rec Card costs $15.00 for Tampa residents and $30.00 for non-residents. [June, 2018]
