The pool is located on the 6th floor. You pay ¥700 at a kiosk, cash only, and get a ticket. The front desk will provide you with a blue card indicating you're new that you will give to the lifeguard. They have directions in English on what is and isn't allowed in the pool. Swimming caps are mandatory. No jewelry, no visible tattoos. Tattoos can be covered with tape or a rash guard. Lockers are available with a ¥100 coin that is refunded. The lifeguard has an English translation of the rules of the pool and what each lane is designated for. They are broken up by the continuous distance you'll swim instead of speeds. No passing others in your lane, you must U-turn instead.
The pool water is quite warm making it difficult to regulate your core temperature if you're doing a harder workout.
Overall, it's a well-run, clean pool!
