During a two-year, $8 million renovation completed in August, 2020, the old 4-lane, indoor/outdoor pool was demolished and a glass-enclosed, 6-lane, indoor pool with a roof that can be opened in warm weather periods was built to replace it. The renovation also included the addition of a 55f x 32f, 84º - 85ºF, recreation pool that has a zero-depth entry and a play structure in one section and 3½f depth, open area for general play, swim lessons, and water aerobics in another.
