Montrose Rec is excellent. Weekdays, the pool is oriented for 25-yard lanes. Weekends, it's 25 meters, but there are usually only two lanes available for laps, in order to make room for diving, slide, etc. The facility is well run, clean, a perfect water temp, and uncrowded (never more than split lanes and rarely that).
