A day pass allows use of entire facility - aquatic center, gym, running track - even group fitness classes. Lane availability varies throughout the day but generally there are lanes designated for lap swimming.
Do not miss this facility, if visiting the area. It is simply state of the art - clean, clear, cool water, as well as wide lanes in either short or long course configurations. Check out the website photos of the pool. The locker rooms are spacious and clean - and towels are included. The staff is friendly and helpful.
