The indoor pool water quality was good; clean, not salty, not over-chlorinated. It had only one lane open for laps and six of us circle swimming in it; the rest of the pool had no lane lines. Folks were doing 25m, stop, rest, return - mainly breast stroke, heads kept out of water. The one lap lane was better, but I could do only about 50 - 75% of my normal speed. No kickboards, pull buoys or other swimming equipment was available. There is a unisex locker room with private dressing rooms and showers/water closets.
