The three lanes are set up one each for slow, medium, and fast. The lanes are pretty wide, allowing for easy circle swimming. The earlier review was correct about the water and the somewhat run-down nature of the place, but it was clean and swimming there was a good experience. One books online. The lanes are clearly marked for speed and swimmers stay in the proper lane. It's a little foggy in the water and everything from the lockers to the steam room is a little old, but it's kept clean and maintained well.
