The size of the pools is great; the water and general surrounds are clean and the ‘regulars’ are friendly. The changing rooms are very poor though. The Kiosk at the beach next door to the pool is also great.

Facility Notes
Sea water temperatures at the nearby beach range from a low of 16º - 21ºC (61º - 70ºF) in July to a high of 23º - 26ºC (73º - 79ºF) in January.
Given that both pools are relatively shallow (as compared to the ocean), it is likely that the water temperatures in the pools may be higher or lower than than in the ocean in summer and cooler or warmer than the ocean in winter. It all depends on the intensity of the sun and the impact of the wind.
The pools are guarded only in the summer swimming season, but are open to the public year-round.
