This pool gets the job done. It's fairly clean and the lanes are split by speed (slow, medium, and fast). There are only two lanes most of the time, however, as the rest of the pool is reserved for recreational activities. Usually, if you swim faster than 1:40/100yd you'll be faster than a majority of the swimmers, so be aware of that. They have kickboards, pull buoys and fins, which is a plus.
The major downside is during peak hours, when there are as many as five to a lane, often with a wide range of paces even in the fast lane. Lanes are a bit narrow, and the pool itself is really hot at times (84º -88ºF), I've never seen it lower)
