The evening I swam, I had all four lanes to myself. The lifeguards will request your Lap Pass and state ID in a friendly way. Lane ropes were in place, backstroke flags, too. To find the locker rooms, enter the pool deck. The showers can be cold; however, they can also run “boiling”, according to a child on the swim team, who would know. Adult lap swim is scheduled directly after the kids’ practice, so expect to see parents on deck. Parents wear street clothes so you’ll stand out a little in your swimsuit.
