We spent the better part of a day looking for a telephone number for this resort and hotel. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of websites that cover the opening of the resort, which was built in only eleven months, but none of them includes telephone or email contact information.
If you're interested in visiting the resort, arrangements will need to be made through a travel agency accredited by the North Korean government. A Google search on the term "North Korea travel agency", will bring up a large number of websites for agencies through whom a tour of North Korea can be made.
