This is an excellent facility - one of the best I've visited. Be sure to read the history display in the entrance hallway to learn about the unusual name. This is an accessible complex and I saw many people of varying ages and abilities using the facility, which includes tons of other workout equipment, in addition to the pool. Abundant towels are available for use at no cost throughout the facility. The staff lent me a lock for use during the week I was visiting and they were very helpful in general. There are large, clean locker rooms with day-use lockers, separate areas for toilets and sinks/hairdryers/makeup, and showers. The pool is on the lower level with entry through the shower area of the locker room.
