The lap lanes are never overloaded, as North Sydney can be. Water quality also good, and can be very quiet in spring and autumn - one person in a lane, most times. Great amenities for parents with kids.

Facility Notes
If hoping to swim in the 50m outdoor pool between 9 AM and 3 PM from December to March, check availability due to school carnivals.
Don't confuse this "Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Pool" with the one in the he Domain in the City of Sydney like we did.
The outdoor pools are staying open through the winter of 2019. But be sure to check the pool's website for any changes in plan.

Best pool in Sydney. Wide lanes allow for overtaking and designated fast/medium/slow lane system seems to work well. Lap lanes never seem to be too crowded.
