The pool was nice and nearly empty when I went (Saturday lunchtime). It has a nice view of Loch Indaal from the gym upstairs. Water temperature is varied according to the user group. Within the timetable are public, parent and unemployed, swim/masters club, lessons, aquacare, training, after schools clubs, women's, 50+, and kids parties sessions.
