This is a great pool in the downtown LA area ("DTLA"). The water is a mix of chlorine-treated city water and salt water. There are five lanes: Lanes 1-3 require a reservation that can be made in the sports shop; lanes 4-5 are open for first-come use. I had no trouble in the AM or PM getting to use lanes 4 or 5.
The pool and athletic facilities are open only to club members and guests staying at the club's hotel. Access is free for hotel guests. The men’s locker rooms are clean and well-managed with very nice showers and a spinning suit dryer.
