The pool is striped in both directions, i.e., along its 50 meter length and across its 25 meter width, and also has a bulkhead that rises from the pool bottom for half the width, which allows it to operate with five 50m lanes on one side and two sets of 25m lanes on the other.

The facility also has a Facebook page with photos.

This is a new facility that replaced an older municipal pool, next door, in 2019. The older facility has been demolished.

In summer, the pool is usually configured with five 50m lanes and ten 25m lanes, using the the rising bulkhead. In winter the pool is configured with all 25m lanes.

There is also a 25m x 40m, 0.2m - 1.1m depth, unstriped, outdoor, heated, 29ºC pool at this location. It is open from June to mid-August.
