From 9 to 10 A.M. is usually adults-only, allowing ample space to swim on weekday mornings. Weekends are more family/swimming club oriented. The pool is clean and temperature usually fine. Showers are hot but there are only three so there's often a queue when busy. My only complaint is that it does not open for early morning adult swim sessions, as do most pools throughout the region.
