A 20-pence coin (non-refundable) is required for each locking of the lockers. So if you want to lock while showering you'll need 2x20p. But I normally leave my locker open while showering and have not heard of any thefts.

I swam here three times this month. The pool and staff are excellent. I swam both during the times reserved for lap swimmers and also during the time for general swim. During the general swim time there were at least four lanes open for lap swimmers. It's a great facility.

This is probably the best pool for serious swimmers in North Wales. The water is cool enough for long training. The facilities are clean and well maintained. And they generally keep at least a couple of lanes available, even during kids fun sessions. Since it's in a tourist location, it can get very busy at peak times.
