I attended a meet here recently and it was a very nice pool. The water temperature was fabulous; not so cold that your muscles cramp, but cool enough that you don't overheat in the distance events.
The locker room was basic. There are good size lockers (bring a lock) and individual showers but with tacky plastic curtains and crappy water pressure.
The facility has decent spectator seating. The swimmers' waiting areas were metal bleachers - uncomfortable but plastic chairs were also available.
