If you're in need of a pool for lap swimming in this area, Lifetime Health & Fitness will serve the purpose. The south wall is almost all windows, floor to ceiling, so it isn't too dark. It’s a basic six-lane pool kept at a consistent 80º water temperature, with anti-wave lane lines and a pace clock. You can almost always have a lane (and sometimes the whole pool) to yourself. There is a 15-yard warm water pool and a Jacuzzi a few steps away.
