In addition to the 25m, 4 lane, lap pool, there are several 17m lanes in the leisure pool. During summer, there's also the 25m, 6 lane, outdoor lap pool. The lap pool temperatures are great for swimming laps, whereas the leisure pool is much warmer. That is usually where they hold swim classes.
The indoor pool opens at 4 AM and it's not too crowded during that time. On Wednesdays, however, they have a triathlon class that takes up all four lanes in the morning. The lanes are also narrower than usual. You can still circle swim, but chances of giving an unintentional high five to your lane mate is high.
