The Lake Nona Performance Club opened in 2021. It's a modern gym catering to the higher end of the market with membership rates, including day passes, reflecting its quality. However, the pool aspect falls short of expectations. Despite the facility's newness, the pool is rather basic, making it challenging to consider joining the club solely for the aquatics. The narrow lanes, approximately 6-feet wide, make lane sharing nearly impossible. On a positive note, the gym has kick boards and pull buoys on deck. The water temperature was good, easy to get a work out in. The showers are a nice, offering soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The facility also provides towels and lockers.
