The water is quite warm but clean. There's good pressure in the showers and there are hair dryers in the locker room. Use of the gym is included in the admission and there are lots of aqua classes. Lap swim hours are on the club's website.
The usual rules apply: bring your own towel; swim cap and water shoes expected - and I was the only lady there today without a robe!
It's a friendly place and has been sparsely used when I've been there. Relaxed swimming in the middle of a major city is nice.
