All Konami locations in Sapporo have pools. The pool sometimes has classes scheduled, so check before you visit. It is mandatory to wear a swim cap. It is possible to pay per visit, or get a membership. The staff in Shin Sapporo are courteous and have good communication skills; they will try to use English and friendly gestures when need be. The shower area has a sauna and bath area. I really enjoy Shin Sapporo Konami because the pool schedule is open, the staff is kind and helpful, and it is in a good location, near the train and subway stations. The pool area is on the top floor and the view is nice. Enjoy!!
