The pool's seven lanes were allocated two for walking and five for lap swimming. The air in the pool area was hot and the water was warm (80º - 83º F.). The lap lanes were set up by speed and there is an enforced cap rule. The pool was somewhat crowded with two or three people in each lane, circle swimming. Easy access from Ueno JR and Iriya Metro stations. The facility is open from 9 AM to 9 PM but at times the entire pool is reserved, so call ahead for the specific hours.
