The 25-meter indoor pool was the only one available when I visited this facility, as the 50-meter outdoor pool was being utilised by squads. There was only one other person in my lane at a time and a maximum of three people per lane across other lanes. The water was clean and a comfortable 27°.There were platforms to stand on at the end of the 25-meter pool so you didn’t have to tread water. They clean the pools every two hours, but I didn’t experience this during my swim.
It's a very easy process to enter the pool; the staff are very welcoming and helpful to this foreigner, just make sure you bring your phone with Google translate for entry procedure.There were no English speakers present when I was there. They sat me down and explained the layout of the centre with a laminated map and showed me a list of pool and centre rules. You take a laminated card with you to the Lifesavers on the pool deck, and they run through additional rules with you, aside from swimming on the right side, most other rules are pretty much common sense.
Lockers are ¥100 which you get returned to you when you return the key. Bring your own swimsuit, cap, and goggles - you cannot rent these on site.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. I highly recommend this pool!
