The pool is on the top (8th) floor of the hotel and the roof is clear glass, so it's very sunny. It is not divided into lanes for lap swimming. The bottom is gently sloped to a maximum of 1.6m depth and is mostly used as "family swim" or "free swim", so you may need to swim around people a bit to do laps. There are separate locker rooms for men and women. In the locker room areas, there are Jacuzzis, steam, and sauna rooms [at least for the men :-)].
