This is a very good facility. The change rooms are YMCA grungy, the pool a little warm, but very clean. The pool has 10 lanes; some lanes are often closed for other activities, some open for laps with speed markers. People have been polite and tried to stay in the speed lane, and everyone agrees to split or circle. The pool is open at 6 AM, except on Saturdays, and has a lot of lap hours. Note: There are women-only hours in pool schedule.
Bring your own lock and a towel. They have showers, and the pool area has a hot tub and dry sauna, too. It's very well lit.
If you choose the monthly membership option you have access to the gym and classes which are extensive - the gym is superb. Car parking is 300NIS a month in the lot beside the Y. If you don't pay, street parking is around but - it's Jerusalem, so good luck.
