I queued for twenty minutes from 2 PM on a January Sunday to get to the swimming pool reception. When I queried the wait, I was told that it had been like that all day such is the popularity with families at the weekend.

Facility Notes
The facility also has a leisure pool with a large wave pool, river with jets and geysers, three flume rides and an outdoor (thistle shaped) pool, family-sized spa bath and toddler pool it really is the biggest water-fun in the Highlands.

Lovely pool, great staff, super facility, clean, and a good water temperature for swimming.

I swam at Inverness Aquadome this week while traveling around Scotland. It's an excellent 25m pool with friendly staff. and I had a whole lane to myself. I swam there in 1998, as well, and remember pretty much the same experience.I thoroughly recommend it.
